Reducing Unnecessary Transports
By equipping our ambulance teams with the most up-to-date technology, our teams are able to use telemedicine within the treatment of patients, with the expert guidance of a physician or specialist, right at the scene. In doing this, we’re able to determine if the patient truly needs to be transported for additional care, or whether we’re able to safely care for the patient on-scene. This saves costs for patients and insurance companies alike, while freeing up space in ERs for patients who really need emergency care.

Best Safety Practices
Each Symbiosis ambulance comes equipped with five-point harnesses for patients and riders, Samsara internet-connected dash cams and rear cameras to assist with navigation, as well as AI reporting that allows us to track and manage driver performance and safety.
Driver Training
Our ambulance drivers undergo a comprehensive driver training program that combines classroom and hands-on learning led by a former police officer. All of our vehicles are vetted by a rigorous 11-point inspection process and receive regular preventative maintenance.

All-Terrain Access
We offer a versatile fleet of vehicles that allow us to transport patients in remote and hard-to-reach locations. Through our partnerships, we can provide air medical transport when needed. We also offer water rescue and transport, mini-ambulances and all-terrain vehicles for transports in extreme weather and rugged landscapes.
